Forms

Club Registration – These are provided by the Club Secretary to each coach. Fill these in along with the SYFA Cup registration forms (11 a –side). Hand these back to the Secretary along with copies of training certificates and first aid certificate. The Secretary will collate and send these off to get countersigned by Aberdeen District Secretary before despatching to the SYFA.

You will receive player registration forms through from the SYFA. Get these filled in and signed by player and countersigned by the parent. DO NOT DATE these until you are ready to send off as the requirement is to have the forms sent off to the SYFA within three days of signing. (Take a photocopy just in case they go missing – saves a lot of problems)

Notes
You will receive a carbon copy back through the post from the SYFA.
For Scottish Cup Games, Banchory Boys should have Pendants available to hand across to the opposing team. This is a time-honoured tradition and should be upheld. Pendants are available from Deeside Trophies (contact Doug Simpson)
