The Club Secretary will organise a meeting with each coach to ascertain names and credentials for the people involved with their respective teams. The individuals will be required to provide some forms of identification. The relevant Disclosure forms will be filled in by the Club Secretary and sent off to the relevant body for checking and endorsement.
