Promoting football for boys and girls in Banchory and surrounding areas

Banchory Boys Football Club was formed in 1979 and currently has a membership of just over 250 aged between 5 and 19 years old. There are currently 8 members on the elected committee and 30 appointed managers/helpers to organise this size of membership. We operate 11 teams in the Aberdeen and District Juvenile Football Association (A.D.J.F.A.) league and Saturday training for all primary school children (boys and girls).

The club is affiliated both with the A.D.J.F.A., Scottish Youth Football Association (S.Y.F.A.) and has ties with Banchory Amateurs, St Ternan Juniors & Aberdeen Football Club. The primary purpose of the club is to promote youth football in Banchory and surrounding areas, and we welcome children from all around the Aberdeenshire area.

In 2016, Banchory Community Football Club was established, to incorporate Banchory Girls FC (after Deeside Girls FC was disbanded) and Banchory Boys FC.
